Let me be honest, navigating the job market as a transgender individual in 2025 can be quite the journey. I've been there, and to be completely honest, it's gotten so much better than it was back in the day.

When I first started living authentically at work, I was totally nervous AF. No cap, I figured my work life was going to tank. But surprisingly, things turned out far better than I thought possible.
